If calling in your order, please state whether you will be picking up, or if you would like your items shipped or delivered
UPS™ and USPS™ are our most popular shipping methods for items that are eligible
USPS™ is a great option for smaller packages such as Melissa & Doug™ Toys
UPS™ is usually the best method for Step 2™ and many swingset accessories
that have this option available
Swingsets, playscapes, basketball hoops and other large items
Swingsets, boats, castles, larger Step 2™ items, slides and oversize items must be shipped via TRUCKor delivered by TimberGyms. Please call to arrange shipping or schedule delivery/installation.
Our wooden swingsets include Delivery and Installation at No Extra Charge in CT and Western Mass
(Playtime series installation additional cost)
Step 2™ Toys
Many Step 2™ Toys are small enough to ship via UPS™.NOT THAT HANDY? Or just don't have the time...?
We also offer delivery and/or installation of larger Step 2™ items, such as playhouses, climbers and swingsets!
(Very reasonable delivery and installation fees apply)
So...if you can't fit it in your vehicle, or want to save the hassle of assembling your child's play equipment, have it installed by TimberGyms!
