Q: How long are the parties?
A: One and a half hours. This has been plenty of time for our parties for the last twelve
years, however, if you feel like you'd like more time, extra time is available and must be booked in advance. The
cost is $25 per 15 minutes ($50 per extra half hour)
Q:
How far in advance should I book my party?
A: Typically,
parties during the school year book about a month or more in advance on the weekends. There are always some openings, but
usually the more popular times on the weekends fill up fast! We recommend booking as soon as you know you'd like to have
your party with us!
Q: What ages do you charge for? What about
siblings?
A: We do not charge for children under 1 year old.
We do charge for all children at the party that participate in the activities and play on the equipment. Please plan
accordingly.
Q: When should I arrive to
setup?
A: Try to arrive no more than 5 minutes
before the start of your party. The whole point of doing a party with us is that YOU DON'T NEED TO SETUP!! We take care
of all of that for you! If you arrive too early, we'll probably still be cleaning up from the party before yours.
Q: When should I call and confirm details?
A: We ask that you call us one week before your party to confirm the final count
of the number of children you expect and any options or extras that you'd like to add (adult pizzas, pinatas, specialty
cakes, etc)
Q: Can I bring my own food for the
adults?
A: Yes. You may have us order additional
pizzas for your adult guests to save you some time (additional cost - see party sheet above), or you may always bring
your own food.
Q: What size is the cake?
A: The standard cake that's included with the party is an 8"
round, triple layer cake that says "Happy Birthday" in icing. It usually feeds about 30 kids (or 14 kids and
a bunch of the parents). If you'd like to upgrade to the specialty theme cake, it is a 1/4 sheet cake that will feed all
of your children, all the adults and still leave some for leftovers! Also, it would be decorated to the theme of your choice.
Q: Will the store be open to the public?
A: We are always open as a store for customers to shop for toys/swingsets. We
DO NOT have any other Birthday Parties going on while your party is and we DO NOT allow Open Play during Birthday Parties,
so it will be your own private party. Your children have the run of our whole facility.
Q: Are party favors included?
A: Yes,
they are included. Each child will receive a handful of toys from the treasure hunt ( i.e. plastic toy animals, bracelets,
rings, airplanes, spiders, smiley faces, etc). The toys will be put into a goody bag for the children, with their names
on them, and a balloon will be attached to each. If you would like to add candy to these party favors, it is $1 extra
per child.
Q: Why does it say "Pizza/Bagels"
on the Party Flyer?
A: Pizza is served as the food at
the 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00 time slots. The 10:00am party slot includes bagels as pizza is not available this early.
