Option #1 - TUNEUP MAINTENANCE PLAN "STANDARD" - $99 Plus Tax
for the swingset owner who has maintained their set regularly since its original installation or new sets
STANDARD TUNEUP Includes:- waterseal of all wooden components
- tightening of all harware
- re-staking set to the ground
- installing any new accessories (accessory prices additional)
- safety inspection
This service will not refurbish a set that has been neglected and does not include staining!
Option #2 - TUNEUP MAINTENANCE PLAN "PLUS" - $249 Plus Tax
for those who have neglected their sets for a couple years, but its still in good condition
PLUS TUNEUP Includes:- Complete "STANDARD" Tuneup maintenance
- light sanding of rough spots (and touch up stain on those sanded spots ONLY)
- minor hardware replacement of missing hardware (if necessary)
- lubrication of swing hangers and moving parts
- replacement of damaged or missing parts (parts must be purchased)
but that has no structural defects and only minor cosmetic blemishes
(includes touch up stain ONLY...NOT A FULL STAIN of the entire set)
Option #3 - TUNEUP MAINTENANCE PLAN "DELUXE" - $499 & up
for swingsets that have been neglected or second hand (used) swingsets
DELUXE TUNEUP Includes:- Powerwash of your swingset to remove mold/mildew/dirt
- Complete "PLUS" Tuneup maintenance
- more thorough sanding than PLUS package
- re-leveling up to 6"*
- Complete Restaining of your swingset**
This is a 2-day service - Powerwashing and staining must be done on separate days
Note: this service will REFURBISH a swingset that has been purchased second-hand orhas been neglected by the owner. We may require Digital Pictures for this service.
Rates for "DELUXE" Maintenance package subject to assessment of pictures.
*Leveling of more than 6" may incur additional fees.
**Additional Charge for staining on swingsets with more than one tower or "Turbo Towers" (7" decks).
We reserve the right to refuse "DELUXE" Service for swingsets that cannot be salvaged.
